Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Select international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Some items may be produced on demand. These products may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be listed on the product page.
